This project is an effort to address the need for senior and Veteran housing within a targeted population of people rooted in the focus of local members of a specific neighborhood.  This is not a new problem, or a problem specific to this neighborhood but something that we are facing all over our nation.  We aspire to provide housing for our seniors and Veterans interwoven into communities while promiting human digitiy and a decent quality of life.  Our approach is rooted in the tradition of our American Heritage. We are vested, committed, and determined to express our entrepreneurial psychology and our capitalistic methodology to produce a balanced and economically sustainable home for our seniors and Veterans that promotes commerce in our community.
